Definitions
1.1 “Site” means https://www.temorah.com and any associated sub-domains, mobile site, or applications.
1.2 “Products” means any physical or digital goods advertised for sale on the Site.
1.3 “Content” means all text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, audio, video, or other material found on the Site.
1.4 “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Site.

Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and form a binding contract with us.
2.2 By using the Site you represent and warrant that you have the full power and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 You may register an account to expedite future orders. All information supplied must be accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at service@temorah.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.

Products, Pricing & Availability
4.1 We endeavour to display accurate colours, images, and descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that Product descriptions or other Content is error-free, complete, or current.
4.2 Prices are shown in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees.
4.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or to limit quantities. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch.

Orders & Acceptance
5.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our sole discretion.
5.2 Acceptance occurs only when we send an email confirmation that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

Payment
6.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
6.2 You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
6.3 All payments are processed through encrypted third-party gateways; we do not store complete credit-card numbers on our servers.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
7.1 Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the Product to the carrier.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of Dispatch Confirmation, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.
7.3 Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are collected by the relevant authority or courier at delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

9.3 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use any content you post on the Site (reviews, photos, comments) for marketing and promotional purposes.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

b) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;

12.2 WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15.3 If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may apply and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notified by email. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
