Refund & Returns Policy

HONG KONG SHENGTO TRADING CO.,LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells products on https://www.temorah.com (“Site”). We want you to be satisfied with every purchase; if you are not, you may return or request a refund under the terms below.
  1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
    1.1 You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
    1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    1.3 The following are non-returnable unless defective:
    • Gift cards, store credit, downloadable/digital products
    • Personalised, custom-made, perishable, intimate, or sanitary goods
    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
  2. How to Request a Return / Refund
    2.1 Email service@temorah.com with:
    – Order number
    – Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)
    – Reason for return
    2.2 We will reply within 2 business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the return address. Do not send anything without an RMA; unauthorised returns will be refused.
  3. Shipping the Item Back
    3.1 You are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
    3.2 Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
    3.3 Mark the package “Return Goods – No Commercial Value.” Any customs duties originally paid are non-refundable; you may reclaim them from your local authority.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    4.1 Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and email you the result.
    4.2 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    4.3 Partial refunds may be issued if:
    – Item shows signs of use, make-up stains, perfume odours, missing parts
    – Return is post-marked after 30 days (restocking fee up to 20 %)
  5. Exchanges
    We do not hold stock for exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original for a full refund and place a new order on the Site.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    1. Check your bank/PayPal account again.
    2. Contact your card issuer; processing times can vary.
    3. If still unresolved, email service@temorah.com and we will provide a transaction reference.
  7. Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
  8. International Returns
    You are responsible for any outbound or inbound duties/taxes. We recommend using your country’s postal service or a prepaid label provider to minimise brokerage fees.
  9. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.”
